Hospitality FF&E
From One Model Room to Entire Hotels.
Hospitality is a broad term for many types of projects. Most people think of hotels, but you aren’t likely here looking for help with a huge hotel project. We service the FF&E installs for restaurants, student living, really any kind of model room or common space.
MOVING, WAREHOUSING, INSTALLATION & LOGISTICS
Our Hospitality Solutions
Product Inspection
Making sure everything is perfect for the big day.
Standard receiving practice includes exterior inspection of packaging only. For some types of projects, you just can’t have surprises during delivery and installation. We offer full opening and inspection of every piece we receive, with photos provided, to ensure the product is to specification, free of defects, and was not damaged in shipping.
Storing
Safety and Organization.
An often-ignored service. The product is just sitting in storage after all. But we’ve found that other providers are unprepared for the worst. Hurricanes, floods, wildfires; Anchor has product in storage insured against natural disasters that would otherwise result in significant losses.
Furniture Installation
Our expertise makes a difference.
We often thrive on repetition, from seeing the same product again and again over the years. Other pieces require preparation and test assembly in our warehouse to make sure we get it right on site. We have thousands of installs worth of practice in identifying and mitigating challenges.
Wall Mounting
Artwork, Signage, TVs, Cabinets
Can you install art isn’t the best question when installing commercially. Anyone can install, slowly. The best question is can you install it quickly, without sacrificing perfect accuracy. We started with art, tens of thousands of pieces, then added signage and TVs, then we moved into cabinetry. Accuracy and precision are vital, but our installers can also hustle.
What Our Customers Have to Say
“My team and I have worked with Anchor for almost 18 years. The conscientiousness of the project managers they have on staff to oversee the installations is amazing. The management team is always willing to come to the table to discuss ways to problem-solve situations and find a mutually agreeable conclusion when issues do arise. Their portal makes “seeing” what’s at the warehouse convenient and is a time saver. They have installed hundreds of projects for us and have been amazing to work with over the years.”
Senior Management at a National Senior Living Company
“I have been working with Anchor for years and love the relationship that we have developed through that time. My company is a vendor for their warehousing/installation jobs in Southern California. Each individual that I work with is completely professional. They always provide all the needed information for each job, making them run smoothly. I look forward to a continued working relationship with them for years to come.”

Facilities Manager at Colliers International
“We were very happy with the service we received from Anchor. The sales staff was on the ball with an accurate and reasonable quote. They were very attentive and responsive leading up to the move, ensuring we had everything we needed for a successful move. The moving staff was friendly and hardworking. They arrived on time and completed our move quickly and carefully. Once completed they were very flexible with material pick up as it took us a little longer to unpack than we expected. I highly recommend Anchor!”
